If this message appears, it indicates that the time (and date) displayed on your computer are not consistent with saved data in SwayStar™ because the computer date is earlier than the saved records. There is a faulty time relationship because the date is earlier than the last time the program was opened. This can occur if there has been a power shortage to your computer (battery goes down). It may also occur with a bios update.


SOLUTION: Follow the instructions in the error message or simply double click on the time stamp (lower right-hand corner of your computer). The Date and Time window opens for your operating system. Set to the current date and time and click OK.
