If sensor fails, either no power is available or the COM ports have not been selected properly. Check that the cables are connected properly, the COM port is selected correctly or that the sensor rechargeable batteries have enough power.
SOLUTION: A quick check of the sensors can also be done visually once they are functioning. While in the record mode, without a subject attached to SwayStar™, slowly rock the belt to-and-fro and side-to-side and observe the recorded movements.
